Instructions

Step 1
Bring water to boil. Place cereals in a bowl and pour water over. Set aside.
Step 2
Mix buttermilk, oil, sugar, eggs, and applesauce together.
Step 3
Mix flour, baking soda, and salt and add to wet ingredients. Add liquid ingredients. Then fold in cereals.
Step 4
Preheat oven to 350. Line muffin tins with papers and spray lightly with cooking spray.
