Ingredients

200 gramsbutter
soft, note that the butter is not melted

100 gramspowdered sugar

1 teaspoonvanilla extract

1egg
large

350 gramsplain flour
sifted

½ teaspoonbaking powder

Instructions
Step 1
In a mixer with a guitar hook, beat together butter and powdered sugar for a minute.
Step 2
Add an egg and vanilla and continue to chill together.
Step 3
Stop the mixer and add flour and baking powder.
Step 4
Process until a dough is formed. No more than a minute.
Step 5
You can work with the dough straight but if it is too soft.
Step 6
Cool the dough for half an hour in the refrigerator.
Step 7
Roll out thinly (important) and cut into circles. Fill with spread. And close to the shape of Haman's ear.

Bake at 180 degrees for 12-14 minutes.

Boil milk, sugar, butter and honey

Add poppy seeds and ground almonds. Cool well.
