Instructions

For the cake

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 170°C
Step 2
Mix oil and sugar
Step 3
Add beaten eggs & vanilla essence
Step 4
Add the grated carrot, walnuts and raisins
Step 5
Sift in flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt
Step 6
Mix until combined
Step 7
Bake in lined tin for 55 min

Icing

Step 8
Beat ingredients together until soft and creamy consistency
Step 9
Spread icing over top of cooled cake
