Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 160°C. Cream butter and sugar and add egg and mix well. Add sifted flours and mix into a firm dough. Knead on a floured surface until smooth.
Step 2
Roll out and cut into shapes, place on a greased baking tray. Bake until pale biscuit colour, about 10 – 15 minutes.
