Step 1
Measure and strain cottage cheese overnight.
Step 2
Mix powder, cinnamon powder, vanilla essence, protein powder and coffee granules.
Step 3
Use a food processor to blend cottage cheese with chocolate mixture. Add frozen bananas and blend again
Step 4
Top with shredded coconut, chopped almonds and peanuts to enjoy.
