Jambalaya
Brown the ground beef and add taco seasoning before adding to this recipe! Leftover meats work really well for this, so it's a great end of the week recipe! You can leave out any of the meats suggested, but it isn't quite the same without the sausage. You can also add any meats you like!

Melt butter or add oil to a skillet. And heat until it's warm. Add onion & green pepper, saute just a bit. Add all of the meats and stir until they're warmed up. Add garlic, seasonings, and chili beans, stir. Add chicken broth, use a bit more than recommend because there's a lot of extras in here. Add jambalaya mix, bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer then cover and follow instructions on the box for cook time. If it's too runny, mix a bit of corn starch with about 1/4 cup cold water and stir that in, bringing back to a boil. It'll thicken the liquid up into a sauce.
