Rosemary focaccia bites
🥖✨ FOCACCIA BITES made with 2 ingredients for the dough and no kneading/rise time! 🙌🏼
They’re the perfect last-minute app for a holiday gathering or really any time of year (just make sure to double or triple the recipe if making them for a party because they’ll go fast!)
I used the same method as my popular no-knead focaccia from last year and I think I like these even more! Try them yourself and let me know what you think! 😋
Dough ingredients:
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 cup self-rising flour
Toppings:
Olive oil
Sea salt
Cracked black pepper
Rosemary
Mix dough ingredients until just combined then scoop into greased muffin tin. Top with a drizzle of olive oil, salt + pepper, and rosemary if desired. Bake at 350° F for about 15-25 minutes or until golden brown. Serve and enjoy!
