1 head cauliflower or 16oz or 2 cups riced cauliflower or other riced vegetable
sliced almonds or sunflower / sesame / pumpkin seeds

Toast almonds heat 5, stir often ~3-5 min. 'til browned, move to a bowl. Add olive oil and garlic
to skillet and cook ~1 min., add cauliflower, spices (cayenne,
salt, pepper). Stir every min. or So for ~6-10 min,
remove from heat, and stir in almonds, parsley, and lemon juice.
