Instructions

Step 1
Cook neck and gizzards in chicken broth* with stick celery, diced onion, margarine, salt, pepper, and thyme. Simmer covered 2-3 hours. Remove solids with slotted spoon. Add flour to thicken. Strain. * Notes: Only enough gravy for a few people - double or triple for Thanksgiving.
