Instructions

Step 1
Brown beef, onions and chili powder until done. Drain excess fat.
Step 2
In a seperate pot melt the margarine, then stir in the flour.
Step 3
Add remaining ingredients and cook until thoroughly heated.
Step 4
Warm tortilla shells in the microwave and promptly put in the filling.
Step 5
Line in casserole dish and pour the heated sauce over top.
Step 6
Grate cheese and liberally sprinkle on top of unbaked enchiladas.
Step 7
Bake at 350 F for 15 min or until cheese is melted.
Step 8
Serve with garlic bread and ceasar salad.
