Instructions

Step 1
Coat chicken with fajita spice and pan fry for 10-15 minutes on a medium heat

Cook peppers and onions in some oil until soft
Step 3
In an oven proof dish, layer tortilla, sour cream, cheese, peppers and onion and chicken and repeat. Add final tortilla on top add sour cream cheese and crushed tortilla chips
Step 4
Bake in oven for 25 minutes at 200*C
