Instructions
Step 1
Spray pan with Pam cooking spray, Saute the diced mushrooms and onions together until until browned.
Step 2
In a separate pan, add ghee(leave ghee out if before week 3) and cook the cauliflower rice on high heat for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Add in the mushrooms and onions.
Step 4
Add in the garlic.
Step 5
Cook for 5-10 more minutes until the cauliflower is soft.
Step 6
Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
Step 7
Pair with your favorite protein and fruit for a complete meal
