Easy pizza dough recipe given to me by my sister-in-law Katie Kiedrowski! Makes two pizzas for 1 batch

Instructions
Step 1
In a medium bowl, Combine 1/4 cup warm water with sugar and yeast - mix until yeast is dissolved. Add remaining warm water and oil
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine flour and salt and mix until combined.
Step 3
Form a well in the flour and add the yeast mixture from the medium bowl. Mix to combine with hands. Form a dough ball. Knead the dough for 5-8 minutes and place in two greased bowls when completed.
Step 4
Place the dough balls in the warm oven for 2 hours (75-80 degrees)
Step 5
To make the pizzas, grease two large cookie sheets with crisco. Spread the dough from one of the risen bowls over the sheet pan. And the top with your toppings.
Step 6
2. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes.
