Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200C and prepare a baking tray with parchment paper. Alternatively you can use an air fryer set to 190C.

Cut one sheet of puff pastry in half along the middle or use two sheets to make a larger batch. To one half spread over pizza sauce and sprinkle over your cheeses, salt, pepper, chopped olives and any meats of your choice (optional).

Place the second half/sheet on top and press down with your hands to embed the toppings into the pastry and help the two sheets to stick together. Then using a knife or pizza cutter, cut strips.
