Step 1
Cream coconut oil and sugar. Then add eggs and beat together.

Make sour milk and add vanilla. Mash bananas.

Alternate adding flour mixture and wet mixture to creamed mixture while beating.
Step 5
Add bananas and mix.
Step 6
Pour into greased loaf pans or muffin cups.
Step 7
Bake 350° for 1 hr and 15 mins for bread or until a toothpick comes out clean. 30-45 for muffins.
