Put stove on medium/low
Step 2
Fill pan bottom with olive oil

Put diced onions in pan

When onions caramelize, pour dry cheap white wine

When wine boils, 3 cups of arborio rice goes in the pan

When you hear crackling of the rice (~2 min of stirring), put a ladle of chicken broth in

Add in frozen peas and corn
Step 8
Stir rice all around pan until broth is absorbed everywhere, then repeat putting in broth until rice is soft (not al dente), then it’s done (around 25-30 minutes)
Step 9
Turn heat off, Add parmesan all over top and mix in
