Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven 375° . Crush rice Krispies down to crumbs, add brown sugar and melted butter, stir and form crust in a spring form pan lined with parchment paper. Bake for 8 minutes and set aside. To an electric mixer with a whisk attachment, add cream cheese and whip until creamy about five minutes. Add sour cream and mix a few more minutes until fluffy. Next add remaining ingredients except blueberries and mix until fluffy. About 10 minutes. Add fresh, blueberries and gently mix with a scraper and scrape into your crust. Gently cover and refrigerate overnight. Serve plain or with fresh fruit on top and local honey. 🍯
