In a preheated oven at 130 °C until the internal temperature of the meat reaches 30 °C.

In a preheated oven at 110 °C until the internal temperature of the meat reaches 40 °C.

In a preheated oven at 90 °C until the internal temperature of the meat reaches 55 °C.

In a preheated oven at 70 °C until the internal temperature of the meat reaches 58 °C.
