Step 1
Preheat oven to 375. Whish dry ingredients together, mix in shortening to resemble fine crumbs, and milk to make dough. Turn out on floured surface knead 2-3 times to bring dough together. Roll out to 1/4-1/2" thick, cut with 2". Place on baking tray. Bake 20 minutes or until golden brown.
