Potato seasoning
2 Tbspsemolina
2 tspsalt
½ tspblack pepper
½ tspgarlic granules
¼ tsponion granules
¼ tspcayenne pepper
¼ tspmustard powder
For roasting
Instructions
Step 1
Add fat to a baking tray and put into a 200° oven for at least 15 minutes prior to adding potatoes
Step 2
Boil diced potatoes in salted water for 10 minutes
Step 3
Drain potatoes and add to tub with seasoning. Shake vigorously until entirely coated. Rest of 5 minutes.
Step 4
Add potatoes to fat and cook for half an hour
Step 5
Toss potatoes at half an hour mark and cook for further 15 minutes to half an hour.
Step 6
Serve
