2red onions

0.5 bunchcoriander
6green chillies
2 Tbspmint leaves
1 Tbspcoriander powder
1 Tbspchilli powder
1 Tbspwhole Coriander seeds
0.5 Tbspajwain
1 Tbspchilli flakes
0.5 Tbspwhole jeera
1 tspsumac
2 cupsgram flour
1 cupflour
½ tspyellow food colour
1 Tbspsalt
1 tspbaking soda
2 cupswater
Instructions
Step 1
Chop potatoes with peel on lengthways
Step 2
Add all ingredients upto flour in 1 large bowl
Step 3
Separate extra pakora mix
Step 4
Mix in colouring, salt and baking soda
Step 5
Add water a little at a time until its a thick pakora mix
Step 6
Cook in oil on medium flame for 6 minutes
Step 7
Drain on tissue, cut in half
Step 8
Fry for 4 minutes before serving
