Instructions
Step 1
In a small bowl combine the melted butter, maple syrup, brown sugar, and apple cider vinegar. Stir and set aside.
Step 2
To a skillet heat up the olive oil on medium heat.
Step 3
After a few minutes add in the carrots and using a spatula coat evenly with the oil.
Step 4
Cook for 5 minutes.
Step 5
Add the maple glaze and cook for another ten minutes. Stirring every couple of minutes.
Step 6
Carrots are done when they are fork tender.
