Instructions
Step 1
Add Sourdough starter to bowl.

Step 2
Add water, honey and salt to starter and mix together until uniform.



Step 3
Add in flour and knead until all the flour is combined.

Step 4
Top with Olive oil and let sit for 15 minutes.

Step 5
Perform slap and folds until smooth dough ball can be formed. Top with Olive oil, cover with a damp cloth, and let sit for 1-2 hours.

Step 6
Cut into 4 280g dough balls and place into oiled container to rest for 1-2 hours or until doubled in size.
