Instructions

Step 1
Sautรฉ onion in a medium sized sauce pan until softened using evoo
Step 2
Add rice and garlic. Heat up for about 3 minutes stirring frequently. Do not let rice brown

Work in wine until absorbed. Do not leave unattended. Keep stirring
Step 4
Add broth 1/3 or so at a time. Only adding more as it is absorbed. Keep stirring frequently but not constantly
Step 5
After about 4 cups have been absorbed test for doneness by tasting. If rice is not fully cooked add water. You are looking for a creamy texture but not mushy
Step 6
Mix in shrimp. Whole or cut up
Step 7
Add butter and stir in. Turn off heat and cover for 2-3 minutes
Step 8
S&P to taste
Step 9
