60gsugar free maple syrup
8golive oil
30gmonkfruit baking blend
6 ozplain Greek yogurt
½ tspvanilla
2eggs
37gmaple syrup
1 ½ tspbaking powder

Instructions
Step 1
Mix all dry ingredients
Step 2
Mix all wet ingredients
Step 3
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes and check with knife
Icing
Step 4
mix all chocolate with a dab of olive oil and heat up until liquid
Step 5
apply chocolate to loaf
