Ingredients
1 servings

2carrots
sliced into fries

1 tspcornstarch

½ Tbsolive oil

¼ tspsalt

paprika
Seasoning of choice, I used

garlic powder

onion powder
Dipping sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Slice the carrots into fries and place in a bowl.
Step 2
Add the corn starch and toss until evenly coated.
Step 3
Add the olive oil, salt and seasoning, mix well.
Step 4
Air fry or bake at 200C for 20 mins, shaking halfway so they cook evenly.
Step 5
Serve with dipping sauce and a sprinkle of parsley.
