Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl add olive oil agave syrup 1 tsp grated garlic dried herbs salt and pepper then stir to combine




Step 2
Wash and dry the sweet potatoes then cut into wedge sized pieces and toss into the dressing and coat all over . Arrange on a baking sheet add more salt and pepper then bake at 200 c / 400 f for 25 minutes or until crispy
Step 3
In a bowl add the coconut milk tahini juice of a lemon coconut sugar 1 tsp of grated garlic and any of your fav fresh herbs then season with salt and pepper and serve with the wedges and enjoy
