Instructions

Step 1
Cream together butter and icing sugar until well combined
Step 2
Fold in flour carefully
Step 3
Add in milk a little at a time, to make it a pipeable batter
Step 4
Transfer to a piping bag fitted with a star nozzle and pipe the cookies onto a sheet of parchment paper
Step 5
Freeze cookies 5-10 mins before baking at 180°c for 10-12 minutes or until golden
Step 6
Optional: dip in melted chocolate
