Instructions

Step 1
Blanch mung bean sprouts for 2 minutes.
Step 2
After 2 minutes, rinse in cold water, and drain.
Step 3
In a bowl, put julienned carrot, 1 tablespoon chopped green onions, 1 teaspoon minced garlic, 1 tablespoon gukganjang (or soy sauce), ½ teaspoon salt, 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, 1 tablespoon sesame oil. Mix well.
