Ingredients

Magic Topping
1 cupheavy whip

4 cupsbutterbeer soda
made into ice cubes
Vegan butter extract

Instructions
For Butterscotch
Step 1
Heat oatmilk butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Do not burn the butter. Heat it just until melted.
Step 2
Add brown sugar and mix well.
Step 3
Once the sugar has dissolved some, add the Violife heavy whip and mix well.
Step 4
Bring the mixture to a boil. Make sure you stir every so often as it comes to a boil so it doesn’t burn.
Step 5
Boil until the mixture thickens. You want it to coat a spoon. This won’t take longer than 10 minutes.
Step 6
Let cool. Add vanilla.
For Marshmallow Fluff
Step 7
Use 10 marshmallows for every one teaspoon of corn syrup.
Step 8
Melt the marshmallows in a double boiler over low heat.
Step 9
You’ll notice that the marshmallows progress from solid to sort of liquid-like with lumps.
Step 10
When they have begun to become sticky, add the corn syrup or simple syrup.
Step 11
Stir frequently to avoid scorching.
Step 12
Any remaining lumps will gradually give way to a smooth, sticky mixture.
Step 13
Transfer from the top of the double boiler to a storage container while it is still quite warm.
For Magic Topping
Step 14
Combine violife whip and marshmallow fluff in a mixing bowl.
Step 15
With beaters, mix the ingredients just until a little stiff.
Step 16
You want it somewhat runny still and do not want it stiff like whipped cream.
Frozen Butterbeer
Step 17
Fill ice trays with 4 cups of butterbeer soda and freeze.
Step 18
In a blender, add all of the ingredients except the Magical Topping.
Step 19
Mix well.
Step 20
Pour into glasses and top with Magical Topping.
