Instructions

Dough

Step 1
Pre-heat oven to 180°C.
Step 2
In a large mixing bowl, combine flour and yoghurt.
Step 3
Once a dough starts to form, with oiled hands knead the dough until it forms a soft and elastic ball.
Step 4
Divide the dough into 4 portions and shaped into discs.

Filling

Step 5
On the centre of each dough disc, place a heaped teaspoon of nutella.
Step 6
Using oiled hands once more, shape the discs around the nutella filling until a ball is formed. Make sure to join the edges smoothly to fully encase the filling.
Step 7
Place the 4 filled balls on a baking tray and bake in the oven for 15-18 minutes, or until golden brown.

Coating

Step 8
Remove baked donut holes from the oven once done and place on a cooling rack.
Step 9
Immediately coat with melted butter then roll in the cinnamon sugar.
