Instructions

Step 1
Sift flour sugar and salt into a large bowl then make a hole in the centre and add the eggs and some of the milk

Step 2
Use a whisk or fork To start mixing and incorporating the flour then keep adding more milk . Add the melted butter and whisk until you have a smooth batter

Step 3
Grease a hot pan with some butter then pour a ladle of the batter in and swirl it around . Cook for about 2 minutes until the edges start to curl up then flip .
Step 4
Add broken chocolate to the pancake while the second side cooks then let it melt and fold it . Repeat for the testing the batter then Serve with some more drizzled chocolate . Enjoy
