Instructions

Step 1
Heat oven 180c
Step 2
•Spread brioche with butter
Step 3
• Layer with the chocolate chips into buttered oven dish (approx. 25cm)
Step 4
• In a jug mix the milk, cream, eggs, sugar, and vanilla
Step 5
• Pour over the brioche, let it soak in
Step 6
• Bake in the oven for 30-40 mins
Step 7
Serve warm with custard or ice cream
