Instructions

Step 1
If using a food processor, add kosher salt, stripped rosemary and sage leaves, peeled garlic cloves, and lemon zest. If not, finely chop the herbs and garlic, mix with salt, and zest lemon separately.

Pulse the mixture in the food processor until finely blended, pulsing intermittently to ensure even mixing. Alternatively, thoroughly combine the chopped ingredients with salt in a bowl.
