Instructions

Step 1
Cut the chicken thinly. Marinate in 15g corn starch; 5g baking soda; soy sauce or coconut aminos; salt. Set aside for 15-25 min and prep broccoli, ginger, garlic. Make sauce and corn starch mix (10g cornstarch, 3/4c water). Cook chopped broccoli in boiling water for two minutes. Take out, dry pan and put 2tsp oil in the pan. Cook chicken, five min, take out, more oil, cook broccoli, add chicken back in add sauce, 1/2 cornstarch mix, bring to a boil, simmer right after, add rest of cornstarch mix, simmer 1 min, serve over rice.
