Chicken Marinade

Instructions
Step 1
Add marinade ingredients with the chicken in a ziploc bag. Let sit for at least an hour-overnight.
Step 2
Pre-heat oven to 400F. Bake chicken for 20 mins and then shred.
Step 3
Chop and mince onions and garlic. Add to a saucepan with olive oil. Cook for 5 mins.
Step 4
Add butter to the pan. Add the orzo and let that cook another 5 minutes or until orzo starts to get a bit brown.
Step 5
Add veggie broth to the pan. Bring it to a simmer and then turn the heat back down, put the lid on and cook until almost all liquid is gone. About 15 mins.
Step 6
Add veggies to the pan. Cover and cook another 5 mins until veggies are tender crisp. Add shredded chicken. Season with basil and serve.
