Step 1
In a bowl, mash the banana until it is smooth and then add the blended oats, vanilla whey, baking powder, sweetener, no cal drops & almond milk. Mix well until no lumps remain.
Step 2
spray an oven-safe dish with frylite and then add ¾ of the mixture to this dish.
Step 3
To the remaining ¼ mixture, add the chocolate whey and mix well.
Step 4
Then add this chocolate mixture to the oven-safe dish. Cover only half of the mixture so one half is brownie flavoured and the other half is a blondie flavour.
Step 5
To the brownie flavoured side, add half the fibre one bar.
Step 6
Pop this into the air fryer at 180C for 15-20mins depending on how well cooked you want it to be.
