Ingredients
6 servings
2 lbssweet potatoes
1gala apple
medium, peeled and cubed
¼ tspsalt
½ tspcinnamon
¼ tspnutmeg
1 Tbsraisins
¼ cuppecans
or walnuts, chopped
Topping
Instructions
Step 1
cook sweet potatoes in instant pot for 15 minutes, quick release. Put them in small casserole dish and smash with spices.
Step 2
stir in apples, raisins, and nuts, spreading evenly across pan.
Step 3
mix dry topping ingredients in a small bowl.
Step 4
cut in nut butter, milk, and maple syrup.
Step 5
pour over the sweet potato mixture
Step 6
bake at 350 for 30 minutes
Step 7
brown the topping with the broiler for a few minutes, and serve
