1kgLo Mein noodles
Chinese, cooked according to instructions

2 tspsesame oil

½ cupwater
hot boiled

2 Tbspbeef bouillon

6 Tbspsoy sauce

4 Tbspbrown sugar

oil
olive or sesame, for frying

1.5 lbbeef

2carrots
large, chopped

4 cupbroccoli
chopped

2onion
large, chopped

8garlic cloves

sesame seed

2 tablespoonsoy sauce

1 tablespoonShaoxing cooking wine
or dry sherry

4 tablespoonswater

1 tablespoonneutral oil

1 teaspoontoasted sesame oil

2 teaspooncorn starch
Instructions
Step 1
A day before, marinade the beef, thinly slice the beef against the grain and put it in a small bowl.
Add in all the ingredients and mix it into the beef by hand. Put in fridge until use the next day








Step 2
Sauce: Into hot, boiled water add Better Than bouillon and brown sugar; stir to dissolve. Into the mixture, add soy sauce and set aside.






Step 3
Dice carrots, broccoli and onion into two-inch pieces. Using a hot skillet with sesame oil, cook beef until it's golden brown, remove from the skillet and set aside.





Step 4
Using the same skillet that was used to cook beef, sautee onions until golden brown with sesame oil. Remove from the skillet into a bowl. In the same skillet, saute carrots until softened, add broccoli and cook for about three minutes. Press garlic into the same mixture.







Step 5
Add cooked beef into the skillet with onions and vegetables. Pour sauce over the ingredients and let them simmer for about 2 minutes.

Step 6
Add cooked noodles and toss everything together.

Step 7
Into a large dish, combine noodles, vegetables and beef. Toss to bring everything together and serve while it's still hot. Add sesame seeds for look
