Instructions
Step 1
1. Prep and clean your veggies
Step 2
2. Gently detangle your noodles and set aside
Step 3
3. Mix the sauce ingredients in a bowl
Step 4
4. In a pan, fry your onions until translucent.
Step 5
5. Add in the pork belly and let it brown until it renders and is golden and crispy.
Step 6
6. Add in the shrimp and cook 85% of the way.
Step 7
7. Add in the noodles and sauce, then gently toss until the sauce thickens.
Step 8
8. Season to taste and enjoy!
