Instructions
Step 1
Mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl and set aside.
Step 2
In a saucepan, add the honey and vanilla and bring to a boil.
Step 3
Continue to stir and add peanut butter, mix well.
Step 4
Turn off heat, slowly add to dry ingredients, stirring to ensure all combined well. No dry patches.
Step 5
Stir in chocolate chips
Step 6
Spread into a greased glass pan or bar pan, and flatten. Refrigerate for a minimum of 1 hour.
Step 7
Slice into bar pieces, and store in an airtight container in the fridge. Should last up to 2 weeks in the fridge.
