Instructions

Step 1
Trim fat from roast. Place roast into slow cooker; cover with undrained pepperoncini peppers.
Step 2
Cover, and cook on low 7-8 hours.
Step 3
Remove peppers; shred beef, and mix in Au Jus gravy mix.
Step 4
Cover, and cook another 30 minutes on low.
Step 5
Serve on hoagie rolls.
