Instructions

Step 1
Cut the pickles in half, lengthwise on a cutting board, then use a spoon to scoop out the center of pickles to create a trench for the cream cheese. Cut small slices of the cream cheese, in thin strips, and place a strip inside each cored pickle half, then top with a sprinkle of cheddar cheese. Wrap a piece of bacon around the stuffed pickle slice and secure with a toothpick. Place the pickles in the basket of the air fryer in a single layer. Be sure they aren't overlapping each other in the basket. Air fry at 370 degrees F for 10-12 minutes, until the bacon is cooked to your desired crispness and is golden brown.
