Step 1: Cut the avocado in half, discarding the pit in the garbage. Take one half of the avocado for use in this recipe, and empty it into a bowl using a spoon or fork to scoop the avocado out.

Step 2: In a measuring cup, measure out 1 cup of low-fat cottage cheese, and add that to the bowl that has the avocado in it.

Step 3: Mash the two ingredients together until you have a lightly green mixture.

Step 4: Grab your lightly salted rice cakes, spread this mixture on top, and enjoy
