2 tablespoonsolive oil

juiced

finely chopped
⅓ cuppomegranate
¼ cupsilvered almonds

For the vinaigrette
Instructions
Step 1
To clean kale, drizzle oil oil, lemon juice and add salt
Step 2
Massage kale for several minutes
Step 3
Top with shallots, almonds, pomegranates, and mandarin oranges.
Orange Vinaigrette

Add all ingredients to a small bowl and whisk well until combined
