Step 1
First of all, chop the onions, carrots, and celery. Heat some olive oil in a large pot and then add these veggies to it. Sauté them for a few minutes until they start to soften.

Next, add garlic to the pot. Keep stirring until you get a wonderful aroma.

Now, it's time to introduce our star ingredient, the raw chicken breast. Place it in the pot and add chicken broth.

Allow the mixture to simmer for about 30 minutes, or until the chicken is sufficiently cooked.
Step 5
Once the chicken is well cooked, take it out of the pot. Shred it using a pair of forks.
Step 6
Meanwhile, cook the noodles in a separate pot as per the package instructions.
Step 7
Finally, add the shredded chicken and already cooked noodles back into the pot. You may adjust the consistency of your soup using broth or water.
