Instructions
Step 1
Peel and finely slice the garlic and chop the basil stalks.
Step 2
Blend the tinned tomatoes until smooth and season with salt
Step 3
Heat oil and fry garlic and basil stalks over medium heat for 2 minutes
Step 4
Add in tomatoes and drained butter beans
Step 5
Bring to a simmer and cook for 15 minutes
Step 6
Stir in the creme fraiche, a handful of torn basil and red wine vinegar. Season with salt and pepper
Step 7
Once the beans are done transfer to an oven dish and top with the torn mozzarella, grated parmesan and the rest of the basil leaves
