Instructions
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C)
Sauté Mushrooms
Step 2
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Add mushrooms; saute until golden, about 5-7 minutes.

Season with salt and remove from heat.

Cook Polenta or Fonio

Bring water to boil in a saucepan.

Slowly stir in polenta or Fonio. Reduce heat and simmer until thickened:
