Instructions

In large bowl, mix wet ingredients.

In medium bowl, mix dry ingredients.

Add dry into wet (or vice versa--does it matter?).

1 tsp baking soda

to dissolve baking soda. Add to batter and stir in well.

Fold in any chocolate chips, nuts, etc.

Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
