Instructions

Step 1
place your cashews, maple syrup, cashew butter, peanut butter, and malted milk powder in your food processor
Step 2
pulse your food processor a few times, until the ingredients are fully incorporated and reach a thick texture. you can add more milk powder as needed, it should be loosely doughy
Step 3
line a pan with parchment paper
Step 4
pour your mix of cashew butter, peanut butter, cashews, and milk powder into a bowl
Step 5
throw your dried blueberries and puffed rice into the mixture, mix into evenly distributed
Step 6
transfer your bar mixture into your lined pan, place another line of parchment paper on top of your mix and press down on top of it to adjust it to your desired thickness
Step 7
refrigerate for one hour to allow the bar blend to stiffen
Step 8
once you remove your bars from the fridge, slice into 6 pieces
